It is my honor to serve as the Assistant Principal for Ridglea Hills!! Go Mustangs! This is my 5th year at Ridglea and my 15th year as an administrator in Fort Worth ISD. Previously I taught 3rd grade for six years in Mineral Wells ISD. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Tarleton State University in 1998 and my Master of Educational Administration degree in 2003 from the University of North Texas.
I have been married for 25 years to my wonderful husband Richard. He is a 5th grade math teacher at Luella Merrett Elementary. My daughter Lindsay is a graduate student studying accounting at the University of North Texas, and my son William is a police officer for the Mineral Wells Police Department. I have 4 dogs, and in my spare time I love to travel, cook and read! I am looking forward to another fabulous year at RHES with the best students, staff, parents and community around!!

I am thankful to serve my third year at Ridglea Hills Elementary. This is my 10th year with the district. I previously taught at Benbrook Elementary in Pre-K, Kindergarten and Special Education. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Tarleton State University and a Masters of Education Leadership from Texas Tech University.
I have been married to my husband, Andres for 19 years. He works at an aeronautical company in the metroplex. Our son, Nicholas is a junior in FWISD and keeps us busy with his academic and athletic workload. We enjoy cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs. (Don't disown me!) I am native to San Antonio, and I enjoy visiting my family often. I am excited about this school year and am thankful to be a part of the RHE family!

Hello Mustangs! I am Mrs. Tracie Harris, and I am so excited for another year at Ridglea Hills. This is my 17th year in education, 11th as a school counselor, and 7th year at RHE. I am here to support the social, emotional, and academic growth of all students in our school.
One of my favorite quotes is from Winnie the Pooh: "You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think".
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University (Go Spartans!), and a Master of Education in Professional Counseling from TCU (Go Frogs!).
I love reading, nature, yoga, and learning about our amazing brains. When I'm not helping students, I enjoy hanging out with my husband and our four cats Ethel, Esther, Clark, and Evelyn.

I am Mrs. Staci Thomas, and I am proud to serve as a school counselor at Ridglea Hills Elementary. My passion is helping students develop the social, emotional, and academic skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom. I believe every child has unique strengths, and I enjoy partnering with students, families, and staff to support their growth, well-being, and success.
As a counselor, I provide classroom guidance lessons, small-group counseling, and individual support to help students build confidence, resilience, problem-solving skills, and healthy relationships.
One of my favorite reminders is: “Be kind to yourself and remember that growth takes time.”
When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, loving my fur baby Scottie, and finding ways to continue learning and growing both personally and professionally.
I look forward to another wonderful year supporting the amazing students and families of Ridglea Hills Elementary!
